Description: The Tradition continues and our annual release with JJ Corry, now in its fifth year, makes it to bottle. The "new normal" just became the old normal as music and dancing filled our building and our souls. People met, hugged & celebrated, late bars filled with the old melodies and often not so- melodic sounds of sing-songs in the early hours of many mornings! 2022 was a year of celebration for the "worth the wait" weddings, delayed toast's and missed birthdays. We were happy to mark them all with the clink of glasses and the deep scent of whiskey, as warming as our open fire. This year's blend bonds the whiskey of two great casks, a grain and malt as we favour. Once again, we bring together the skills of two proud West Clare businesses in sweet harmony, much like the drinking of great whiskey, while enjoying the sights of the Wild West Clare Coastline, that we call home. A blend of 30% Irish Malt Whiskey and 70% Irish Grain Whiskey. A robust and deeply fruity blend with complexity and warming spices rounding out into a rich, decadent mouthfeel.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
