Description:
This is the second cask-strength Bill Phil release, it was triple-distilled by the team at Great Northern Distillery using a 55ppm peated malt barley sourced from Montrose, Scotland. Cask #66358 is a first-fill ex-American whiskey barrel filled on July 20th 2017 and emptied on July 21st 2021. 59.7% abv, no added colour and non chill-filtered, this is a cask- strength delight. Only 324 bottles were produced.
