Description:
The 3rd release in the PX Series is a single cask of 342 bottles and a return to the 70 cl format from the first PX bottling.The 19-year old single malt was distilled at Cooley and matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks for 17 years before a second maturation for 30 months in an ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered with no added colour, it is a rich, full bodied Irish whiskey that showcases the continued progression of the limited series of Pedro Ximénez-influenced single malt Irish whiskeys.
