Description:
Produced from a blend of two single farms - Lakefield and Donoughmore - from the remainder of the Lohmar cuvée and a 225-litre cask from the Kilmeague farm that had been used for a Medoc grand cru, this micro-cuvée reveals exceptionally pure malted, mentholated, vanilla, fruity and spicy notes. Completely naturally, it also highlights the youthful and yet mature character of this outstanding Waterford.
