Description:
Born of the collaboration between the Irish distillery and the Parisian restaurant "Frenchie", this micro cuvée called "Rue du Nil" succeeds "Voyages Extraordinaires", the first exclusive bottling carried out by Waterford for a partner,Aged in three types of barrels, ex bourbon (24%), French oak (27%) and moscatel (49%), it was made 100% from barley grown biodynamically.
