Description: Two Stacks has begun their exploration of the new Polaris range with a 9-year old Irish single malt aged in a first fill ex-bourbon barrel before a final 6-month finish in ex-Cabernet Franc Red Ice Wine cask from the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada. Presented at cask strength, this unique bottling of Red Ice Wine finished Single Malt, a first in the Irish whiskey space has imparted rich flavours of cherry, plum, and strawberry with a soft texture hinting at a whiskey with greater maturity than its years would suggest.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
