Description:
A 6 year old single malt aged in ex Bourbon casks for 4 years and 11 months then finished for 14 months in a single 220L French Oak cask from Ontario, Canada which previously held Cabernet Franc Ice Wine. This exceptional whiskey was the winner for 'Best Irish Single Pot Still 11 years and under'. It was distilled by The Great Northern Distillery in 2016 using a 70% Unmalted 30% Malted Barley.
