Description:
The Whistler Belfast Whiskey Week Single Cask is a hand selected 125 litre peated quarter cask that has been bottled at cask strength to lock in all of it’s delicious smoky flavours. The whiskey itself is a blended malt whiskey from three different distilleries across Ireland. These whiskeys were originally matured in ex-bourbon casks before being blended and recasked into the peated quarter casks for a finishing period of no less than 10 months. Bottled at 59.69% ABV this whiskey is the first ever single cask to be launched in the Whistler range.
