Description: The Tyrconnell 10 year old Sherry Finish Irish Single Malt is a double-distilled Single Malt from the Cooley Distillery in Co. Louth, now operating as the Kilbeggan Distilling Company. The brand was originally founded by Andrew A.Watt & Co in the 1900's, named after a horse which came in at 100-1. The brand was then rejuvenated by John Teeling during his days in The Cooley Distillery, eventually releasing 3 cask finishes. This expression was initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, and finished in ex-sherry casks, a fortified wine from the Jerez region of Spain.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
