The Midnight Silkie Cask Strength (59.79%) has been long awaited and bottled to showcase the versatility of the Single Malts that make up the Midnight Silkie. At Cask Strength the Midnight Silke’s earthy smoke, chocolate orange and spice is amplified; the sweetness is more dominant and with a drop of ice or water it opens up more toffee apple freshness, pipe tobacco and earthy notes.
