Description:
The Liberator Irish Malt Tawny Port Finish is the first release for Wayward Irish Spirits and the first release in its Liberator series, a bonded finished whiskey collection. The whiskey is a blended malt whiskey made from different single malt distilleries in Ireland. The blend includes 25% 13 year-old single malt with the balance to be aged 4 years. It initially aged in first-fill ex-bourbon, then spent 9 months in the tawny port casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, only 700 bottles of this first batch were produced.
