Description:
A fantastic collaboration from Walsh Whiskey Distillery and The Dick Mack's Brewery in Dingle, Co.Kerry. The Irishman Single Malt was initially matured in both American Bourbon and Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrels before being finished for nine months in a barrel that previously held the Dick Mack's Brewery Coffee Stout. There are only 240 bottles of this limited edition produced and is now much sought-after bottling.
