Description: Suntory’s origins stretch back to a small shop, started in 1899 by Shinjiro Torii, which specialized in selling imported wines. During this period, the company was known as Kotobukiya. In 1964, Kotobukiya changed its name to Suntory, and the Suntory Whisky “Imperial” was released to commemorate this event. Featuring a luxury cut crystal decanter, this is a wonderful piece of Japanese whisky history.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
