Description: Ascending into the mountains of St. Andrew, on the island’s north-eastern coast, nestles Dunfermline – once a venerable distillery lost to Hurricane Ivan, where for centuries its clay loam has been conducive to cane cultivation. For this rum we harvested the sucrose-rich variety we call Lacalome Red from Skean’s Field, which stands on the terroir known as Mango Lane.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
