Description:
Two of the original four signature collection from Pearse Irish Whiskey's launch in 2017. This style bottle is now discontinued by Pearse and no longer available for individual sale. There are only a very small number of Batch #001 bottles of each type still in existence. Both bottled at 42% and with a unique flavour profile.
The Original, Batch 1: Pearse Lyons flagship whiskey, blended from whiskeys sourced across Ireland, including some made using the stills that are now in place at the Pearse Lyons distillery in Dublin.
Distiller's Choice, Batch 1: A malt and grain blend of several Irish whiskies ranging between 3-9 years old. The whiskey has been aged in bourbon barrels with a small proportion aged in sherry casks.
