Description:
Distilled in County Cork, Ireland at Midleton distillery this single cask release forms part of the distiller's very rare collection. This single pot still whisky was distilled in 1995 before being matured in a first fill ex-Bourbon barrel for an undisclosed period, before being filtered (to remove wood char) and bottled specially for the Midleton distillery shop. This expression has been bottled at a strength of 53.4% abv. free from chill filtration.
