Description:
An exclusive bottling for The 1825 Room members, with only 144 bottles released. This is the first Midleton Single Cask selected by newly-appointed Master Distiller, Kevin O'Gorman. Kevin spent many years at Midleton as Master of Maturation before succeeding Brian Nation as Master Distiller, as a result his intimate knowledge of the Midleton casks says a lot that he chose this particular cask for his first release. Matured in cask no. 34836, which was a first-fill bourbon cask.
