Description: An interesting gift pack which includes a Irish and a Scottish whisky. This gift pack was produced for Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin. It includes: Old Midleton 12 year old Irish Whiskey 40% 70cl bottled 2005 one of 966 bottles. The Old Midleton distillery was established by the Murphy brothers in 1825, having converted an old woollen mill originally built by Marcus Lynch on land granted to him by the Viscount Midleton. Edradour 1993 Single Malt 46% 70cl bottled 2004. For a long time Edradour was Scotland's smallest distillery. Owned by William Whitely for much of the 20th century, it contributed malt for their King's Ransom blend, which had developed a strong sales network in the US with dubious Mafia boss, Frank Costello, as its representative.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
