Description:
This is the 6th part of the Bonded Experimental Series from Killowen Distillery. This carefully blended whiskey is ten years old and has been aged in a wet stout cask from the Mourne Mountains Brewery in county Down. Before this barrel was used for stout though, it was also used for a time in Dublin to age whiskey and prior to that it homed American Bourbon. This cask just produced 350 bottles and was bottled at 51.4%.
