Description:
A gold winner in the Asian Single Malt category at the World Whisky Masters 2019, Kavalan Solist Vinho Barique - 57.1% is a Tawainese delight from the Kavalan distillery. As you’d expect, this is very unique in terms of tasting notes. The nose is like freshly baked cakes with dark chocolate. We also detect some mango and melon. The palate is unusual with peppery kiwi and some citrus zest, leading to crisp, clean finish with more chocolate and fruit.
