Description: Another very rare bottle from a time when Powers Whiskey was bottled by local wholesalers around Ireland, this was pre-1966 when Irish Distillers was formed by the joining up of John Power, John Jameson and the Cork Distilleries Co. This bottle is a survivor of those times but unfortunately the cork is quite damaged by time and age but the bottle appears to be still sealed as the cork is still mostly intact as can be seen in the photographs. No size or age statement is shown on the label. Bottle no. 29665.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
