Description:
The Cyber Monday is a 20 year old Irish Single Malt. A vatting of two Single Malt casks, both distilled in 2001 and aged in second fill ex-bourbon casks. Each cask was hand selected by the Bonder and blended to create The Cyber Monday, a rich and complex fruit bomb, representative of J.J. Corry’s house style. Bottled at 46% abv / 92 Proof, with no chill filtration or colour added, just 200 bottles of The Cyber Monday were made, and were sold exclusively by Irishmalts.
