Description:
A collaboration with Jack Ryan Whiskey Co., the Irish Whiskey Society America. Jack Ryan Next Parish Over is a delightful six-year-old single malt Irish whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV. It is double distilled at Great Northern Distillery. Initially, Jack Ryan Whiskey Finishers aged the whiskey for five years in an ex-bourbon cask before transferring it to an Oloroso Sherry cask. After nine months, half of the whiskey was moved to a distinctive French Grenache wine cask from Domaine la Sarabande vineyard, where it was finished for an additional seven months. In total, the single malt underwent 16 months of finishing across the two wine casks, resulting in 76 months of aging, classifying it as a six-year single malt. Next Parish Over is a limited edition, with only 150 hand-numbered 700ml bottles available.
