Description: A rare 12 year old House of Commons blended Scotch whisky that was produced exclusively for members of the UK Government. This particular expression was bottled in the 1990's and comes with a hand-signed October 1995 press release from the then Labour party leader, and future British Prime Minister, Tony Blair. This bottle is signed by two of the MPs at the time.
