Description: When this was first launched back in the 1970s, it was a very, very rare peated Irish whiskey. The last incarnation, however, is a blend of Bushmills and Midleton malt, as well as some grain. This is also a very rare combination. Unfortunately, this was discontinued about many years ago, despite being quite popular amongst those in the know. This whiskey was made by Cork Distilleries Co., before they merged with Jameson & Powers to form Irish Distillers in the 1960s. A very rare botle to find, especially in superb condition like this bottle.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
