An Irish Whiskey Magazine exclusive, the Green Spot Single Cask Ampeliastos Pot Still Irish Whiskey. This unique single cask release (bottled at cask strength) has been a collaboration between Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants, Irish Distillers and Boutari winery of Santorini. In doing so we have created a piece of history - the first pot still Irish whiskey to be finished in a Greek wine cask, the first whiskey to be finished in wine casks from Santorini and the first whiskey to be finished in an Ampeliastos wine cask
