Description:
Initially released to travel retail in 2017, Glenmorangie 19 Year Old Finest Reserve was left undisturbed for 19 years in select slow-growth American white oak bourbon casks, before it was bottled at 43% ABV. A smooth, creamy and fruity expression, fabulous stuff from the Highland distillery, a classic flavour profile that is always found at the heart of Glenmorangie single malts. This is unadulterated by fancy or exotic woods and has been entirely matured in high quality ex-bourbon barrels. Famously these barrels come from trees that have been specially planted for the Glenmorangie Distillery. Silky and refined tastings with notes of citrus, butter cream, vanilla, orange oil and cedarwood.
