This Single Cask Release, matured in an Oloroso Sherry Cask, specially selected by Master Distiller, Graham Coull has been exclusively bottle for Irishmalts. As no two casks are the same, every Single Cask Whiskey from Dingle Distillery is a unique and singular expression which can never be replicated. The original role of this cask in the maturation of Oloroso Sherry is reflected in the colour, aroma, character and above all, taste of this Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
