A rare bottling of Dingle Cask Strength, from cask no. 279, marked as Sod'em & Begorragh. This Single Cask is part of the The Founding Fathers series which was created for those who initially invested in the distillery, Due to their special nature, bottles from this series are considered an interesting addition to any Dingle collection. This cask strength single malt was exclusively aged in an Oloroso Sherry Cask and bottled at 60.1% abv. There are only 291 bottles from cask #279.
