Description:
This Single Highland malt is selected by The Dalmore Master Distiller, typically aged from 10 to 15 years, and drawn exclusively from first fill oak casks. He combines whiskies from both Oloroso sherry butts and Bourbon barrels and then the liquid is then returned to upstanding sherry butts for a further six months, delivering an enhanced, intense taste experience with a sweet finish. A definite favourite with knowledgable Scotch whisky drinkers!
