Description:
A limited edition expression following the release of the Currach Irish Single Malt, the Currach Founders Cask Strength Irish Single Malt. This whiskey was originally matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in seaweed charred virgin oak casks, resulting in a multi-layered flavour profile with a delicate umami character. This single cask is limited to 220 hand-filled and hand numbered bottles at cask strength (60% abv).
