Description:
The second last cask of 1991 Single Malt that was double distilled on the island of Ireland. It was first matured in a refill bourbon barrel before partly being decanted into an old solera (resized) sherry cask that previously matured Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry in July 2015. Only 63 bottles were produced.
