Description: Celtic Cask Triocha a Hocht (38) 2000 Vin Santo was Double distilled on the island of Ireland. It was matured in a first fill bourbon cask for 14 years before being partly decanted into a refill Vin Santo caratelli from the famous Altesino winery. This is a small 50 litre cask made of chestnut oak and lovingly bottled by the Celtic Whiskey Shop. On the palate, this one is soft, juicy, and fruity with lovely caramel toffees, dried vine fruits, prunes, plumes, spices, pepper, and enticing toasty oak.
PLEASE NOTE
We have taken great care to provide very clear photos of each lot. Please study these carefully before you place a bid to ensure that you are satisfied with the lot's condition.
All our lots are pre-owned so there may be some element of normal wear & tear present. If we ourselves have noted something unusual (beyond normal wear & tear) we will have mentioned it in the 'Condition' section.
We cannot be responsible for natural blemishes in the grain of wooden presentation boxes - wood is a natural product and it comes the way it comes.
