Description:
This is a super rare single malt distilled in 1992, matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks, and finished in Cognac casks. It is much sought after by Bushmills enthusiasts. It's a delicious, nuanced dram, with vanilla and fresh-cut red apple on nose and palate and a superlight, almost effervescent texture. A splash of water teases out lemon mousse and a puff of smoke on the exhale.
