Description:
Part of the ever expanding but still elusive Causeway Collection, this recent 2022 release combines that classic Bushmills bourbon/ sherry combo with a additional lengthy 6 year maturation in Tequila casks from Jose Cuervo. Founded 251 years ago in 1758, Cuervo lays claim to being the oldest casa in the world, and amongst the largest producers. Expertly created by Master Blender Alex Thomas, this whiskey has been turning heads ever since it’s limited release to the Polish market. Bottled at a healthy cask strength of 52.8%, leaving lots of room to play with.
