Description:
The 2011 Sauternes Cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, cask strength, and non chill-filtered Irish single malt. Inspired by the Giant's Causeway and the generations that went before them. This single malt has been matured for over 7 years in a mix of oloroso and bourbon barrels it is then finished for a further 2 years in Sauternes wine casks.
