We have over 460 lots available in our biggest auction so far! We have a range of Midleton Single Casks (old & new style), including two of the recent Midleton Distillery 1825 Room exclusive, the first Single Cask selected by Kevin O’Gorman as Master Distiller. We are delighted to have a Midleton Very Rare 1989, a Midleton 1973, a Midleton 20th anniversary and a Midleton 30 year old. There are also two ‘Brian Nation Sets’ i.e. eight bottle lots of Midleton Very Rare from 2014-2020 including both 2017 releases.
We have a strong range of Redbreast, Dingle, Teeling and Waterford available plus some interesting bottles from many other Irish distilleries. From Waterford we have a few bottles of the ‘Micro Cuvée Hearth’ which was recently released and has sold out. Teeling highlights include a 30 year old and a 32 year old plus some other hard to find limited edition releases.
Another highlight of this auction will be Jameson 21 year old, a few of our customers managed to get them to us just before we closed for entries. These highly-anticipated exclusive bottles were sold on a ballot which meant that a lot of people missed out so we expect to see big interest in these.
Among our Memorabilia lots we have what we believe to be a ‘Jameson Brand Ambassador In Trade Training Kit’ which is a Jameson branded case from the 1990s which, when opened, shows the whiskey making process for Jameson, and even includes sample of various barley types and barrel staves e.g. Sherry, Bourbon and Port so you can smell the cask characteristics. It is an amazing piece of Jameson history which is sure to be of interest. We also have a rare Bushmills Italian Designer Bar Set by Scaroni – it is a Vintage Art Deco Style 1950s/ 1960s Cocktail Set designed for the US market. It has an oak and rosewood stand, and is silver plated. It is a classy and rare item which should appeal to Bushmills collectors.
